Remove the pillow cover before washing. Pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush and warm, soapy water. Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C (104°F) on a normal cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean. Iron, steam, or dry using low heat only. Fluff the insert as needed when reassembling
